These terms apply to the JellyCalc mobile app and the jellycalc.com website. By using the app you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, e-mail us at support@jellycalc.com — we’re happy to explain.
Your license to use JellyCalc
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use JellyCalc for planning and designing your own rug projects. You may sell rugs you make — they are yours. You may not copy, modify, resell, or reverse-engineer the app itself.
Subscriptions
- Premium features are available through an auto-renewing subscription purchased via Google Play or the App Store.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel any time in your Google Play or App Store account settings — deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Prices may change; you will always be notified by the store before a change affects you. Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their policies.
Calculations are indicative
JellyCalc’s material calculations and rug previews are planning aids. Actual fabric consumption depends on your strips, seam allowances, sewing machine, and technique. Always double-check before cutting into fabric you can’t replace — we are not liable for material bought or cut based on the app’s estimates.
Fabric designs belong to their makers
The precut collections shown in the app (Moda, Riley Blake Designs, Tinyspool and others) are the copyrighted work of their respective manufacturers and designers. They are shown in JellyCalc for preview and planning purposes only, and no rights to the fabric designs are granted to you or to us.
Fair use of the app
Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to break authentication, scrape content, or interfere with other users. We may suspend accounts that do.
Warranty and liability
JellyCalc is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid for the app in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Ending or changing the service
You can stop using JellyCalc and delete your account at any time. We may update the app and these terms; if we make significant changes we will announce them in the app before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
